Finally, after all these years, I have a consistent exercise routine. It weighed on me, literally and figuratively, for too long. I knew that if I worked out, I would look better, feel better, think better and move better. Despite the many benefits of exercise, and the consequences of inaction, I made minimal progress year after year.
